345ph's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 345ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
